Payment is due upon check in.

• Unofficial Visitors

Payment for unofficial visitors is due upon check-in. Form of payment may be in either cash or credit card.

Accepted credit cards are Master Card, Visa, and American Express.

Pets

There are only two Pet suites. Kennel facilities are not available on post.

Cribs are available on a first come first serve basis. Please inform the reservation clerk if these items are needed when making reservation.

The General Smalls Inn will not accept personal guest mail. Guests are encouraged to contact the Fort Eustis Post Office at 878-2418 or the company that you are attached to while you are here to inquire about a general delivery or mail box.

This is a tobacco free facility.

If you notice you have forgotten some personal belongings after departure, you may contact the Lost and Found office at (757) 878-1379 or DSN 927-1379. If the item is found, and you request to have the item mailed, postal charges will be assessed to you.
